Security Statement


Basis Design takes data security seriously and utilise highly advanced technology for both Internet security and it products. When you access our site using Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption. This measure is taken to protect your data, keep it secure, and only make it available to registered/ active License Users in your organisation.

For access to the services available for mCaller™, each User in your organisation will be restricted through a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. For each visit to the mCaller™ portal, a session "cookie" will be issued for the purposes of recording encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. More information on "cookies" can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Additionally, the mCaller™ service is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
