Getting Started Is Easy - Here's How You Do It
Whether you want to set up a team of 1 or 1000 with mCaller™, you'll be running
in no time.

1) Register for a Trial, or Purchase mCaller™
When you register to use mCaller™, the email address you provide will be the
email address your mCaller™ license is issued to. Click to Register Now
The remaining licenses are under your control through our mCaller™ user portal.
To allocate them use the portal to send an mCaller™ invitation to the BlackBerry®
smartphone email addresses of your other users.
The Free Trial Edition of mCaller™ will be automatically sent to your BlackBerry®
smartphone upon registration. Alternatively a full paid subscription can be purchased
through the mCaller™ Online Shop in the user portal.

2) Get mCaller™ over the air (OTA) to your BlackBerry® smartphone
Once you've successfully registered for mCaller™, you will automatically be
sent emails confirming your registration, including an invitation to download and
install your free mCaller™ 30 day trial.
This email will provide you with credentials for using mCaller™ on your BlackBerry®
smartphone and accessing the mCaller™ user portal.
In addition the email will provide you with the mCaller™ Download details.
- Complete the Download (160 Kb - approx 1-2 minute download)
- Click 'Yes' to launch or run mCaller™
- Sign in with your credentials
You're now ready to take planning, billing and selling up a level!

3) Sign in to your mCaller™ portal to manage your call log reports and user
details
Take a minute to Sign in into your mCaller™ User portal.
You can access this by selecting Account
Sgin in from the top menu of this website.
Your Portal provides you three key areas of information:

Account Information |
The status of your mCaller™ Subscription - eg. # Days remaining before renewal
|

User Management |
Administrators may use this to assign / re-assign mCaller™ Licenses and set
up profiles
|
|
Reporting |
A role based call log reporting tool for Managers and Users
|
**If you're an Enterprise Edition Subscriber/ Trial User there are a few simple
roles you'll want to set up. Start by creating your main user base and then follow
this by setting up manager profiles for those users who'll need to run reports for
Users other than themselves. For a detailed walk through setup and user management

to registered users.
